A Magazine for Women Who Experience the World Differently
For most of my life I didn't have a word for how I experienced the world. I just knew I worked harder than most to fit into systems that were never designed for how my mind works. The late nights. The workarounds. The quiet exhaustion of performing in rooms that rewarded a kind of thinking I had to translate myself into. I spent decades masking, performing, and hiding to avoid being seen, certain that the ways I was different were a character flaw rather than simply a difference. The irony is that I worked hardest at being as authentic as I could be, only to be misunderstood and misread for it. So eventually I went quiet, choosing silence over the exhausting work of explaining myself, again and again.
Brilliance has no borders.
I found myself with a diagnosis that not only validated the way my life had played out, but also came with grief, for the child, the teenager, the mother, and the career woman that could have been. And with it came something else I hadn't expected: not just clarity about myself, but a reckoning on behalf of every woman who is still where I was. Still undiagnosed. Still being told she's too much or not enough. Still building a remarkable career while carrying something nobody has named yet.
My mission is to ensure no other woman has to face that same struggle. The TEJĀMANAS™ ecosystem is built to find the women still lost in this struggle, to be the space where their brilliance is finally seen, and to change the narrative and remove the stigma in professional spaces that too often mistake difference for deficiency. It was built for her. And it's built for the young women watching her. Learning from her. Deciding what's possible for themselves because she led first. My mission is to let these stories be told, so women in high capacity roles are recognized for what they bring, not what society taught them to hide.

TEJĀMANAS™ is that magazine. The first of its kind, fully dedicated to neurodivergent women in leadership and professional life.
TEJĀMANAS™ is for women who have always felt pieces of this: ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and the full spectrum of neurodivergent experience, including those who carry no label at all. The late diagnosed, the self-identified, and the undiagnosed who have been running at full capacity in high cognitive load roles for years, often decades, without ever having a name for what makes them extraordinary.
You know this feeling even if you've never said it out loud. The idea you raised that got quietly set aside while the room moved on without it. The nights spent rehearsing tomorrow's conversation instead of sleeping. Waking up already behind, already tired, trying to remember where you left off before you've even had coffee. Wondering, more than once, whether you actually belong in the room you worked this hard to get into.
TEJĀMANAS™ was built for you if you are living that reality, with a career to show for it anyway.
TEJĀMANAS™ is a global magazine. Because this experience knows no borders.
This magazine exists to bring their brilliance to the surface. To give visibility to a phenomenon that is hiding in plain sight: the widespread, unrecognized brilliance of women in leadership. And to build a stage where these women can speak their truth, share their insight, and be seen for exactly who they are and what they have accomplished.
Subject matter specialists, thought leaders, researchers, and contributors across neurodiversity, leadership, cognitive performance, and advocacy are part of the ecosystem. The editorial voice of this magazine will be shaped by the very women it is built for, the subject matter specialists who serve them, and the men in their lives whose support has carried them and whose understanding deserves to be recognised.
This includes the women the existing research missed twice over. Diagnostic frameworks were built on boys and men, so women were left out first. They were built largely on white, English-speaking populations, so neurodivergent women from racial, ethnic, immigrant, and culturally marginalised backgrounds were left out again. TEJĀMANAS™ is one of the few magazines positioned to name that gap and build for the women inside it.
Celebrating Neurodivergent Brilliance. The inaugural issue of TEJĀMANAS™ introduces the movement, the mission, and the women this magazine was built for. Five issues per year, plus one Annual Special Edition, delivered to founding members first.
