This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit lexigilbert.com or use our tools, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your information.
This policy applies to the Website only. Paid client engagements are governed separately by our Terms of Engagement, which includes its own data handling and GDPR provisions for that relationship.

Legal basis (for visitors in the EU/UK): We rely on your consent (for marketing communications and non-essential cookies), our legitimate business interests (for responding to inquiries, improving the Website, and general analytics), and, where applicable, the steps necessary to enter into an engagement with you. For the optional self-identification question, we rely on your explicit consent.
The book waitlist forms and the contact form include an optional question, “How do you identify?”, with the answers Woman, Man, Non-binary or Prefer not to say. Answering is voluntary, and choosing to answer is your consent to it. Leaving it on “Prefer not to say” means nothing is recorded.
If you answer, we store it with your form details in GoHighLevel, our CRM, and use it only in aggregate to decide what to build and who to build it for. We do not use it to target, score or profile you, and we do not share or sell it. It is not added to any email or included in any message we send you. You can ask us to remove or correct it at any time by writing to privacy@lexigilbert.com. We keep it only while your contact record is kept.
The founders waitlist for TEJĀMANAS™ Magazine is hosted directly on this website at lexigilbert.com/reserve.html. It is separate from the free tools above, and unlike those tools it does collect what you enter.
What it collects. Your first name and email address, together with a consent record (the checkbox text, the date, and the time you submitted the form). Nothing else is collected or stored by the form.
What it does not ask. The waitlist does not ask for a diagnosis, health or medical information, payment details, or any other special category of personal data. The optional identification question described above is not on this waitlist.
Consent. You are added to the waitlist only if you tick the consent box on the form. That consent is express, it is recorded with the date and time, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe route in any email we send or by writing to privacy@lexigilbert.com. Withdrawing consent stops the emails; it does not by itself delete your record, and you can ask for deletion separately.
What we use it for. We email you about TEJĀMANAS™ Magazine and when founding access opens. We do not score, rank, or profile you.
Where it is held. Your waitlist record is held in GoHighLevel, our CRM. It is never sold and is never shared with third parties for their own marketing. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to privacy@lexigilbert.com.
Work Changed. Human Value Didn’t. Brief, Workbook and AI Lexi Coach is a paid download. It includes AI Lexi Coach, an AI that runs in your browser at lexigilbert.com. This section covers both, and it is separate from the free tools above, which collect nothing.
AI Lexi Coach is Lexi Gilbert’s method, run by an AI. She built it and trained it on her own theory, so the thinking behind it is hers. It is not her in person: you are not corresponding with Lexi Gilbert, she does not read these conversations, and nothing you type reaches her.
What we store for your account. Your email address, held as a one-way hash so it cannot be read back out of our store; a short list of the devices currently signed in, which exists only so the two-device limit can be enforced; the number of messages you have used against your included allowance; and an estimate of usage cost. Nothing about your career, your evidence, your employer, or anything else you type into the coach is written to that record, or to any other store we control.
What happens to your coaching conversation. It lives in your browser tab for as long as that tab is open and is gone when you close it. We do not write it to a database and we do not log it. To produce each reply, the conversation so far is transmitted to Anthropic’s Claude API, which is the model provider behind AI Lexi Coach. Anthropic processes it to generate the response and returns it to your browser. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models and are retained only for a limited period for abuse monitoring. Their terms and privacy policy govern that step, and you can read them at anthropic.com.
Sign-in emails. When you ask for a sign-in link, your email address is passed to our email delivery provider in order to send it. The link is single-use and short-lived.
Purchase. The product is sold through Gumroad, which processes your payment and issues your licence key, and which holds your purchase record under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and order details from it.
What we ask you not to put in. Do not paste client names, unreleased figures, or anything covered by an NDA into the coach. Where the exercise asks who could confirm something, a role works as well as a name and is the better choice. What you are building is a record about yourself, not a file on a colleague. If you paste something that looks confidential, the coach will stop and say so once.
Nothing here scores you. Neither the documents nor the coach produce a number, rating, percentile, profile or assessment of any person, and the coach is instructed to refuse if asked for one. We do not evaluate, rank or categorise buyers, and no automated decision is made about anyone.
Deletion. Write to privacy@lexigilbert.com and we will delete your account record, which removes your device list and your usage count. Your downloaded files are yours and are not affected. There is no conversation history to delete, because none is kept.
From time to time we run a free giveaway or draw on this website, such as the Vanguard Impact Summit Growth Pass giveaway at lexigilbert.com/giveaway. Each one has its own Official Rules page. This section covers what happens to the details you enter on a giveaway form.
What we collect. Your first and last name, your email address, your province or state, and the Instagram handle or LinkedIn profile you give us. We also record the boxes you tick (eligibility, following the partner, accepting the rules, and any optional email choices) with the date and time you entered.
Why we collect it. To run the draw fairly, to keep it to one entry per email address, to confirm that the winner meets the rules, and to contact the winner. Your social handle is used only to check that the winner follows the partner, and only by viewing the public profile.
Where it is held. Your entry is stored with our website host, Netlify, and saved as a contact in GoHighLevel, our CRM, tagged with the name of the giveaway.
Emails. Entering never signs you up for anything. Giveaway forms offer optional email choices, such as the winner announcement or Insights from Lexi’s Desk, and each box is unticked until you tick it. You receive only the emails you tick. Whatever you choose, the winner receives a prize notification. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to privacy@lexigilbert.com.
How long we keep it. Your entry details are deleted from our website store and from GoHighLevel within 60 days of the draw, including if you opted in only to the winner announcement, which is a one-time email. If you opted in to Insights from Lexi’s Desk, we keep your name and email for that newsletter until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Who sees it. Only the winner’s name and email address are shared with the prize provider, so the prize can be issued. We never share entrant lists with the prize provider or anyone else, and we never sell them.
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Website and deliver our services, including:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a sale or restructuring of LL Investments Inc.).
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, typically for the duration of our relationship with you plus a reasonable period afterward for legitimate business and legal record-keeping purposes.
You may request earlier deletion, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Your information is primarily stored and processed in Canada. Some of our service providers (including GoHighLevel and analytics providers) may store or process data in the United States, the United Kingdom, or other countries.
Canada is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, which supports transfers from the EU/UK. Where your data is transferred outside Canada, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an equivalent level of protection.
This Website sets no cookies of its own, and our analytics are cookieless. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or cross-site trackers.
The Website does save one item in your browser's local storage: your reading preferences, so text size, line focus, spacing, column width, and motion settings carry across pages. That setting stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and clears when you clear your browser data or select Reset everything in the reading options panel.
Third-party features embedded in the Website, including the booking calendars and hosted fonts, are operated by their own providers and may set cookies when you interact with them. Those are governed by the provider's own privacy policy.
If you are in Canada (PIPEDA / Alberta PIPA): You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent for its use (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).
If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of your data, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law: You may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@lexigilbert.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30 days).
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact privacy@lexigilbert.com and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage with our service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a data breach affects your information, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators as required by law.
Our website and tools may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before sharing information.
We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email to active subscribers and clients.
