What OptimizHer™ is

OptimizHer™ is my boutique practice. I am Lexi Gilbert, Professional Positioning & Authority Strategist for Leaders and Organizations. The work has two sides. For professionals, it makes your value visible, so the people who decide about you can see what you carry. For organizations, it turns human expertise into stronger relationships, workforce transformation and responsible AI adoption.

Who it is for

My main focus is women leaders and founders. That focus is deliberate.

My work is broader than that. Leaders and founders of any background are welcome here, as are executives, owner-led businesses and organizations at every scale. If you are excellent at what you do and the evidence of it is hard to find, you are who I built this for.

I have worked across nine industries, from mining and aerospace to pharmacy and finance, so I have likely seen your industry’s version of the problem. The organizations I work with range from owner-led businesses to larger teams, and the common thread is people whose real value is not yet visible.
