Book Lexi for Your Next Event

Lexi Gilbert speaks to the rooms where experience matters most, in virtual or in person keynotes for founders, executives, and leadership teams. Work changed. Human value didn't. AI adds the most value in the hands of people who already have discernment, wisdom, and hard-won knowledge, especially when it's used in ways that don't follow the traditional playbook.

This isn't an HR topic wearing an AI label. It's what happens inside every organization once AI is in the room and human interaction gets more complicated, not less. Most speakers on this subject have one seat at the table. Lexi has sat in four: as the entrepreneur building the business, the HR leader running it, the employee inside it, and the strategist bringing AI in. She sits on two SHE IS AI advisory councils, Ethics & Responsible AI, and Education & AI Innovation, currently on sabbatical from both, and works hands-on with AI daily on her path toward Select Tier Partnership with Anthropic. She isn't riding the wave of AI uncertainty. She's ahead of it. Beyond the organizations that hire her, she also collaborates with business partners who understand the human edge.

Signature Keynotes

The Experience Advantage

The professionals with the most to offer are usually the first ones overlooked when new technology arrives. Careers rarely end in one dramatic displacement event. They thin out quietly, as decades of judgement, client history, and institutional memory head for the door before anyone names what's leaving with it. This keynote makes the case for the wisdom already inside your walls: how to name it, how to pair it with AI instead of replacing it, and how to keep knowledge too valuable to let walk out the door.

The Minds That Move Organizations Forward

Neurodivergent thinkers and non-linear careers are not liabilities. Every adaptation they built to keep up was solving a real problem, quietly, on their own. They are often the people who see the pattern first, hold the most complexity in a room, and connect ideas a straight-line career never meets. What they have rarely had is scaffolding that matches how they actually work, so the adaptation stops needing to be invisible to be tolerated. Used correctly, AI finally gives that kind of thinking the support it was always missing. This keynote shows what changes when it does: who gets heard, who stays, and what they build for you.

The Talent You Keep Passing Over

Your hiring filters were built for a world that no longer exists, and your most adaptive, most resilient thinkers, inside your walls and out, are being overlooked and misunderstood. The person doing the minimum because more never got noticed. The one who stopped speaking up in meetings, who's quietly job hunting, who tells themselves they're just a number now. They don't all go quiet for the same reason, and they don't all come back the same way either. This keynote is for the room that has more of that person than anyone wants to admit, and leaves you with the exact questions to ask before you lose them.

Formats

Built to Fit Your Event

Every keynote is tailored to the audience in the room. Lexi asks who is in it and what they are being asked to change, then builds the material around that rather than delivering the same talk to every stage.

Keynote

A single, focused session built around one of the topics above, with time reserved for audience questions.

Virtual or In Person

Delivered live on your stage or through your virtual event platform, with the same energy either way.

Tailored Length

Standard keynote length, adaptable for shorter sessions or extended workshop formats on request.

Questions

Have a Question Before You Book?

How far in advance should we book?
As with most professional speakers, three to six months out gives the most flexibility for scheduling and preparation, though shorter timelines can sometimes be accommodated depending on availability.
What does a speaking engagement cost?
Fees depend on the format, length, and whether the event is virtual or in person. Reach out through the contact page with your event details for a quote.
What will our people actually walk away with?
Conversations about adopting AI get easier once people aren't afraid of what it means for them. People who've felt overlooked start to see what becomes possible when the mundane parts of their role lift, and many leave ready to show their employer exactly what they're capable of with the time and clarity that opens up. There are no guarantees attached to any keynote. What's consistent is that the room leaves with more options than it walked in with, and a clearer sense of what's possible.
Is travel included in the fee?
For in person engagements, travel and related expenses are billed separately from the speaking fee. Details are confirmed once your event date and location are set.
Can the keynote be customized for our audience?
Yes. Each of the topics above can be shaped around your industry, audience, and the specific challenges your organization is facing.
What happens after I reach out to book?
You can expect a short call to confirm your event details, audience, and preferred topic. Once availability and fit are confirmed, you will receive a simple agreement outlining the engagement.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Life happens on both sides. If your event date changes, reach out as soon as possible so we can work together on rescheduling. Specific terms are outlined in the booking agreement.
What promotional materials do you provide?
A professional headshot, bio, and topic description are provided for your event marketing, so your team does not have to write it from scratch.
Is this keynote a good fit for our audience size?
Yes. The content adapts well from an intimate leadership team to a large conference audience. Let us know your expected size when you reach out, and fit will be confirmed.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit is due at booking to confirm your date, with the remaining balance due before the event. For engagements booked close to the event date, full payment is typically requested upfront.
