The Website is operated by LL Investments Inc., based in Alberta, Canada, doing business as OptimizHer™. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to LL Investments Inc. / OptimizHer™.

These Terms of Use govern Website use only. Paid client engagements are governed by a separate Terms of Engagement document and individual Statements of Work.

Who can use this website

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use this Website. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

What you can do here

You may use the Website to:

• Read content we publish
• Use our free tools, including the AI Readiness Assessment, the Amplification Model sorter, the Invisibility Risk Self-Audit, the Tool Stack Audit, and any future tools we publish
• Submit inquiries, intake forms, and engagement applications
• Subscribe to emails and other communications
• Schedule calls and consultations

What you cannot do here

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish our content, frameworks, methodology, copy, or branding without written permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our tools, systems, or intellectual property
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Website except for legitimate search engine indexing
• Interfere with the Website's operation, security, or availability
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or tool
• Use the Website to harass, harm, or defraud others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, its systems, or other users' information

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for anyone violating these terms.

The Website includes free tools, including the AI Readiness Assessment, the Amplification Model sorter, the Invisibility Risk Self-Audit, the Tool Stack Audit, and any future tools we publish.

These tools are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific situation.

Tool outputs do not constitute:

• Business, legal, financial, tax, accounting, or technology advice
• A guarantee of results, outcomes, savings, or revenue

Intellectual property

All content on the Website (including text, graphics, logos, images, frameworks, methodology, code, tools, branding, and the OptimizHer™, XecuSion™, and Tejāmanas™ names) is owned by LL Investments Inc. or used with permission and, to the extent it is eligible for protection, is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Some imagery on this Website is AI generated. Copyright protection for purely AI-generated images is limited or unavailable in several jurisdictions, and no broader claim is made over that imagery than the law provides.

OptimizHer™, XecuSion™, and Tejāmanas™ are trademarks of LL Investments Inc.

You may:

• View and read content for personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to our content on social media and in private communication
• Quote brief excerpts with proper attribution, and apply our frameworks and methodology within your own organization

You may not:

• Reproduce or republish our written content, framework descriptions, or copy on your own website, products, or services. Applying the thinking in your own work is welcome and needs no permission; republishing the words does
• Use our methodology, framework names, or branding to position your own offers
• Train AI models on our content without express written permission
• Use our intellectual property in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written agreement

Your submissions

When you submit information through forms, tools, intake applications, or other Website features, you confirm that:

• The information is accurate and you have the right to provide it
• You are not violating anyone else's rights by submitting it
• You grant us permission to use the information to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested services, and improve our offerings

We handle submitted information according to our Privacy Policy.

Engagement applications and inquiries

Submitting an intake form, application, or inquiry does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when:

1. We mutually agree to work together
2. A signed Statement of Work or Terms of Engagement is in place
3. Required deposits or payments have been received

We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.

Third-party tools and links

The Website integrates with and links to third-party services (including but not limited to GoHighLevel, scheduling tools, payment processors, and others). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

The Website may also link to external sites we don't control. Links do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Website, its content, and our free tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website will not exceed CAD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LL Investments Inc. / OptimizHer™ from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any law or third-party right
• Information you submit through the Website
• Your misuse of our content, tools, or intellectual property

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Website will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Alberta, Canada. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will provide notice through the Website or by email to active subscribers and clients.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Terms of Engagement or Statement of Work governing paid services, constitute the entire agreement between you and LL Investments Inc. / OptimizHer™ regarding the Website.
