Yes. You do not need to understand AI, write code, or configure anything yourself. The system runs quietly in the background on tools you already use, with nothing new to learn day to day.
I operate independently, without a team. Is this engagement still suited to me?
Yes. The engagement starts with the individual: founders and professionals working largely on their own are the primary starting point. Team and organizational rollouts come once the system is proven for you personally.
What is the process to begin working with Lexi and her team?
Reach out through the contact page to set up an initial conversation, the first step of the qualification process. It determines whether the engagement is the right fit before anything begins.
Process and Engagement
Why is the Qualification Process required, and can it be skipped?
Delivery is personal and configuration is precise, so fit has to be confirmed on both sides before the engagement starts, ensuring the system is built around how you actually work, not a generic template.
Will I be working directly with Lexi, or with a team?
Lexi Gilbert is personally involved in every initial engagement and its follow through. If a team member is engaged to support your work, you receive a formal introduction and always know who is working with you.
What happens once the engagement concludes?
Activation is followed by a dedicated refinement period, adjusting the system to how you actually use it once live. After that, ongoing support and continuity options keep it current as your needs change.
Pricing and Payment
What does this engagement cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of your engagement. Once fit is confirmed, fees are discussed after the assessment of what will be implemented.
Why is pricing quoted in USD if you are based in Canada?
Most clients are based in the United States, so pricing in USD keeps terms consistent regardless of location.
Are payment plans available?
Engagements are typically structured as an initial setup fee, followed by a lower monthly continuity fee. Specific terms are set during your qualification conversation.
Why is there no free trial or self serve option?
The value comes from configuring the system precisely to your working style, tools, and responsibilities. No two clients work the same way or prefer the same tools, so the foundation is built beneath the tools you already use. This is not an out of the box product or a plug and play setup: customization and concierge service are essential for the clients this serves.
Ownership and Tools
Will I retain ownership of what is built?
Yes. The system runs on your own accounts and tools, on your own private instance. Nothing is locked inside a platform you do not control.
What tools do you recommend, and are you compensated by any of them?
Tools are recommended only because they are the right fit for you. Any affiliate arrangement is disclosed upfront. We do not recommend tools for fees: we align with partners who support and believe in what we do.
What happens if the underlying AI changes and disrupts what was built?
The system is designed to absorb changes in the underlying AI models and tools, so you are not rebuilding it every time something shifts. Maintenance and updates are delivered directly to your instance, so nothing is required on your end.
