A Magazine for Women Who Experience the World Differently

A Personal Mission

For most of my life I didn't have a word for how I experienced the world. I just knew I worked harder than most to fit into systems that were never designed for how my mind works. The late nights. The workarounds. The quiet exhaustion of performing in rooms that rewarded a kind of thinking I had to translate myself into.

I found myself with the diagnosis after several decades of being misunderstood. And with it came something I hadn't expected: not just clarity about myself, but a reckoning on behalf of every woman who is still where I was. Still undiagnosed. Still being told she's too much or not enough. Still building a remarkable career while carrying something nobody has named yet.

My mission is to ensure no other woman has to face that same struggle. Tejāmanas was built for her. And it's built for the young women watching her. Learning from her. Deciding what's possible for themselves because she led first.

The Magazine

There has never been a magazine built for this woman. Not one that centres her, speaks her language, and treats her brilliance as the headline.

Tejāmanas is that magazine. The first of its kind, fully dedicated to neurodivergent women in leadership and professional life.

Who This Is For

Tejāmanas is for women who have always felt pieces of this: ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and the full spectrum of neurodivergent experience, including those who carry no label at all. The late diagnosed, the self-identified, and the undiagnosed who have been running at full capacity in high cognitive load roles for years, often decades, without ever having a name for what makes them extraordinary.

Tejāmanas is a global magazine. Because this experience knows no borders.

This magazine exists to bring their brilliance to the surface. To give visibility to a phenomenon that is hiding in plain sight: the mass misunderstood brilliance of women in leadership. And to build a stage where these women can speak their truth, share their insight, and be seen for exactly who they are and what they have accomplished.

Subject matter specialists, thought leaders, researchers, and contributors across neurodiversity, leadership, cognitive performance, and advocacy are part of the ecosystem. The editorial voice of this magazine will be shaped by the very women it is built for, the subject matter specialists who serve them, and the men in their lives whose support has carried them and whose understanding deserves to be recognised.

This includes the women the existing research missed twice over. Diagnostic frameworks were built on boys and men, so women were left out first. They were built largely on white, English-speaking populations, so neurodivergent women from racial, ethnic, immigrant, and culturally marginalised backgrounds were left out again. Tejāmanas is one of the few magazines positioned to name that gap and build for the women inside it.
