Eighteen questions. Six dimensions. One honest score for where your organization actually stands before anyone signs a licence agreement.
Most AI transformations fail before the technology arrives. This is the diagnostic that tells you which part is going to break first.
Answer honestly rather than aspirationally. A low score is useful information; a flattering one is not. Takes about six minutes.

Plenty of organizations score high on skills and culture and still stall, because governance was never written down and nobody could say who owned a decision. The dimension you score worst on is the one that determines your ceiling, no matter how strong the others look.
The assessment tells you which dimension is setting your ceiling. Most leadership teams already suspected it, and knowing is not the same as fixing it. That part usually needs someone who has done it before, has no stake in which tool you buy, and will say the uncomfortable thing in the room.
Bring your score to a first conversation. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and you will leave with a view on sequencing whether or not we work together.
